Process for enforcement of violations to covenants

All covenant violations are observed and recorded by our Property Manager. The process for all violations is the same. Our Property Manager will drive thru the subdivision once every 2 weeks and document all violations. Courtesy letters will be sent to the relevant homeowners. The homeowner will be given an additional 2 weeks to comply before a lawyer letter is sent. This includes campers.

Homeowner complaints will be dealt with on a case by case basis. If the homeowner complaint is not against any HOA rules, a courtesy letter will be sent to the relevant homeowner if appropriate detailing a suggested (not required) remedy to maintain harmony in the neighborhood. If the complaint is a violation of the covenants, it will be handled in the same way as if our Property Manager had observed the infraction.
