Gatewood Estates Section II Homeowners Association was formed by the developer of this community in 2005. In 2006, after the last home in our subdivision was sold, the HOA was handed over to the residents from the developer. Section II starts at the corner of Gatewood Drive and California Drive.

In September, 2018, Gatewood Estates Section II Homeowners Association entered into a contract with Janet Mitchell, Property Manager. This partnership was started to help with the daily operations of the HOA. Janet Mitchell, HOA Manager helps with the assessment and collection of annual dues, manages our taxes and insurance payments, handles transfer fees and enforces the Restrictive Covenants and By-Laws.
