French’s Lawncare will be coming the second week of September to do follow up spraying along the detention pond fence line.  This should cut back the new growth that has come up since the fence was cleaned off.  There will be signs posted at the beginning of Section II as a reminder.

The contract with Acclaimed Property Management will end on August 31.  The Board has signed a new contract with Janet Mitchell, Homeowners Association Manager that will be effective September 1.  A letter has been mailed to the membership announcing this change and additional information will be sent in the weeks to come.  Until the end of the contract period all inquiries still are to be handled by Acclaimed Property Management.  The new contract and contact information will be updated on the website on September 1.

Announcement of Janet Mitchell, Homeowners Association Manager

The detention pond fence will be cleaned the last week of June.  The fence will be cleared of all debris from the detention pond side, however if it is necessary for private property to be accessed then the homeowner will be notified.  If you notice a physical problem with the fence please contact us at www.gatewoodestates@gmail.com so that any issues can be addressed.
