A new board was elected at the end of 2019 and the website has been updated to reflect the new members.
The 2019 documents have been added to the financials page and the proposed 2020 budget has been posted.
The first board meeting will be held later this month and we will be discussing updates to our management company contract, a proposed trailer amendment, and a published list of home and yard maintenance guidelines. Documentation will be posted here on the HOA website.
