The HOA Board has reviewed the camper amendment and voted for the following:
Campers may be brought onto your lot within Gatewood Estates Section II with prior notice to our Property Manager for 48 hours for a unique usage/maintenance purpose. If you have multiple separate usage/maintenance purposes, you may submit a request to the Property Manager for multiple 48 hour consecutive on lot periods of time for each unique usage/maintenance purpose.
If the HOA Board finds that the process is being abused to store a camper on a lot indefinitely, the Board reserves the right to deny future 48 hour requests.
The above ruling applies to how a homeowner complies with the Camper Amendment and does not change the way the Board enforces HOA covenants.
